Other Non-Alcoholic Spirits don’t hold up in a cocktail and they don’t have an authentic process. Chemical concoctions are out and no one wants a pitiful drink at happy hour.

With our patented process, we are able to create authentically distilled, non-alcoholic spirits. Spiritless holds up to the most discerning palettes and allows the masses to say “Less is Yes” without compromise or hangover.

Jalisco 55 is a reposado-style Tequila analog but, in the tradition of great reposados, doesn’t lean too heavy on the barrel. Strong hints of sweet agave on the nose give way to under-ripened pear, backed by some barrel notes such as vanilla and baking spices. The citrus–especially lime and orange peel––shines along with familiar green elements from Tequila such as mint and aloe.

Jalisco 55 isn’t a sipper due to the thinner texture than alcohol but it is great to mix with. It’s best used in cocktails with both sweet tropical flavors such as mango and pineapple and savory vegetal cocktails with basil and jalapeño. And, of course, it makes a killer Tommy’s Margarita, especially when you add some ginger to the agave that bolsters the bite.
